We appreciate the support our our YIS alumni and college volunteers. We need event staff support with things like:

- Check in for volunteers and students
- Directing volunteers and students
- Overseeing the flow of sessions
- Timing competitions

You can sign up for as many sessions as you have time to support. If you need to adjust the time from what is on the schedule (for example, you can come from 7am-11am, instead of the 7am-12pm listed) please just email [email protected] so I know your plans.

We will have a prep meeting in May for stock pitch judges.

Please plan to arrive by 9am to find your room and be prepared to judge beginning at 9:30am.

You will have 2-3 judges per room and you will see 6 teams present in this block. Each team will have 15 minutes to present, you will have 5 minutes for question/answers, and then 5 minutes to give feedback to the team. You will score each team based on a rubric we provide. You may judge a single session, or you can sign up for multiple sessions (morning and afternoon, plus another round on Friday). Thank you!

You will have the chance to meet with our amazing YIS students and talk with them one on one about your education, career, and advice. This will be a guided networking session where you will have support as you meet and talk with the students.

No prep is necessary and we love having a range of backgrounds and experience in each room so the students can learn from many different experts!

There will be multiple rooms for this event. You only need to sign up for one room. Please be sure to report to the room you registered for to ensure we have enough space for everyone.
